Registration for or attendance at this event acknowledges consent to be recorded or photographed by New York Power Authority. New York Power Authority regularly takes photographs and video recordings during its in-person events and reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at a New York Power Authority event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph or video. New York Power Authority may use the photograph or video in New York Power Authority publications or other media material, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, magazines, annual reports, and other educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on New York Power Authority's website or social media pages. I hereby agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify New York Power Authority from any and all claims involving the use of my picture or likeness in a photograph or video.
