Ian Hazen is the Resident Construction Manger for the Northern Region at the New York Power Authority where he leads a team responsible for the implementation of capitol construction projects, ensuring that projects are delivered with the highest level of rigor to serve the needs of our bulk electric system for years to come. 

Prior working at the Authority, Mr. Hazen spent time in the private sector, leading at an executive level, helping set business strategy in the planning and delivery of facilities management along with environmental, health & safety.

Ian, a licensed professional engineer, holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in civil engineering from Clarkson University.  Mr. Hazen brings over 25 years of experience managing projects and construction.
