Kedaar Raman, P.E. serves as Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at the New York Power Authority (NYPA), where he specializes in Internal Consulting. He is dedicated to aligning stakeholder engagement and organizational behavior to ensure reliable, affordable, and secure power, thereby supporting the revitalization of New York's economy as outlined in NYPA’s Strategic Plan.

He has also served in various capacities at NYPA, including Director of Digital Transformation, Program Manager of Digital Workforce, Front-Line Supervisor, and Electrical Engineer at a hydroelectric power plant with a capacity exceeding 1 GW. His achievements include commissioning over $65 million worth of 345kV transmission projects, which enhanced grid throughput by up to 400MW and improved power quality for major commercial and industrial clients.

He holds a B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Norwich University as well as an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
