Jungmin is an experienced project manager with over 16 years of experience in managing complex infrastructure projects from conception to completion, consistently delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Throughout her career, Jungmin has led multidisciplinary teams with increasing responsibilities and oversaw portfolio of projects with budgets exceeding $100M+. Her technical expertise includes project management, site civil and utilities engineering, construction oversight, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation.

Currently, Jungmin is a Project Manager responsible for delivering several high-profile, large infrastructure projects on the New York State Canal system that benefit the communities and support the vital waterway.

Jungmin is a graduate of The Cooper Union with Bachelor and Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York State and a certified Project Management Professional. In 2022, Jungmin was recognized as one of the ‘up-and-coming rising star of the utilities industry and utility regulations’ by Public Utilities Fortnightly.
